Everything was amazing from start to finish. Kimberly was just too sweet and over the top to help , celebrate our little girl birthday. Anything I needed she responded right away. I think she went beyond her duties of hosting. If you’re thinking on it than you definitely should book.

One of the best hosts & airbnbs we’ve encountered! Condo was clean, comfortable, & had many extras which made for a very nice stay. Good location in middle of Branson but in a private, gated community. Kimberly & Gary were more than accommodating & checked in to be sure everything was good. We would definitely recommend & stay again.

This was by far one of the best stays we have ever had. The location was perfect, every aspect of the house was perfect (especially the shower) and the house was immaculate. We would stay here every time! The hosts were highly communicative and we were able to relax because the house had everything we needed.

As an avid traveler for both work and for fun, I've stayed at many AirBNBs. My family and I booked this AirBNB with Kimberly & Gary and I can easily say that this one is by far the best one, hands down! Everything was absolutely perfect. It was sparkling clean, fabulously comfortable and even decorated so cute for Fall! Kimberly and Gary we're incredibly thoughtful and hospitable, they really have put so much thought into every detail of what makes for the most comfortable stay. It's clear they care and have worked hard to create such an amazing vibe and it totally shows! This will be our go-to AirBNB from now on every time we're in Branson! It really is a cut above the rest. I was even wracking my brain about any possible suggestions I could make and I kept coming up empty, they really have thought of everything down to every last detail! My husband and I spent a week in Branson at Poolside Ponderosa. This was our first time at this air bnb. What a wonderful experience. We have stayed in many but this one exceeded our expectations. You can feel the moment you walk in that Kim and Gary went all out in hospitality. So much so that we have decided to return every year!! The entertainment, restaurants, fishing and golf were excellent!!! Thank you Kim and Gary for making us feel at home!!!

Great location, peaceful and private. Great amenities and extra touches that made our stay pleasant. Pool right outside our back door. Super clean and spacious, great for our family of four. Definitely would stay again if we made it down to Branson in the future.

Find us

Getting around Pointe Royale is in a great location 5-10 minutes to anything! Avoid traffic by utilizing the access roads to all the popular areas of Branson. There are many nearby restaurants located on 165 as well as a restaurant located on site. No need to drive 76 to find some good eats! You will also find theme parks, theaters, mountain coasters, food trucks, the Titanic museum, Tanger Outlets and more easily accessible via outer roads. Parking is free and the streets are walkable or you can choose to drive to the nearby clubhouse to enjoy indoor pool, year around hot tub, 24 hour fitness center, restaurant, or bar. Please note: there are no guest boat trailers allowed in Pointe Royale. You will need to make other arrangements due to space issues during busy season.
